("Repair Porter," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services. If you use the services on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
2. Repair Porter Services
Repair Porter provides technology, information, and communication tools that may help customers request services and may help independent service professionals learn about or respond to service opportunities. Features and availability may vary by location and may change over time.
Unless Repair Porter expressly states otherwise in writing, service professionals using the platform operate independently and are responsible for their own work, licenses, insurance, estimates, scheduling, pricing, warranties, taxes, and compliance with applicable law. Customers are responsible for evaluating a service professional before engaging that professional.
3. Accounts and Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it when necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Service Requests, Estimates, and Transactions
Submitting a service request does not guarantee that a service professional will be available or that a request will be accepted. Descriptions, estimates, timing, availability, and pricing may change after inspection or communication with the service professional. Any agreement for work is between the customer and the service professional unless Repair Porter expressly identifies itself as the provider in writing.
If a payment is processed through our services, you authorize the applicable charges and agree to provide valid payment information. Additional payment terms may be presented at the time of a transaction.
5. Repair Porter SMS Messaging Terms
Program name: Repair Porter Alerts.
Program description: After providing your mobile number and expressly opting in, you may receive text messages from Repair Porter concerning service requests, appointments, account activity, transaction updates, customer support, and related service communications. Promotional messages will be sent only when you have separately consented to receive them.
Message frequency varies depending on your service activity and interactions with Repair Porter. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You may receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. For assistance, reply HELP, email info@repairporter.com, or call (800) 267-2299.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
We process mobile information and messaging consent as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, rent, transfer, or provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Email and Electronic Communications
You consent to receive agreements, notices, disclosures, receipts, and other communications electronically. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe instructions included in those emails. Transactional or service-related communications may continue when necessary to provide requested services.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the services when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, enforce these Terms, or maintain service security and integrity. You may stop using the services at any time.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Repair Porter disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular results, the availability of service professionals, or the quality or outcome of third-party services.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repair Porter and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Repair Porter and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or another party’s rights.
